With more than a decade of experience, Nina has successfully established and developed HR functions from the ground up, supporting organisations through periods of growth, change and transformation.

Throughout her career, Nina has provided HR leadership for workforces of more than 2,000 employees, partnering with senior leaders to develop people strategies that align with commercial objectives while fostering positive workplace cultures.
